Before planting CityLight, he worked in radio & TV; and now spends most of his time speaking to anyone who'll listen about how the love of Jesus changes everything.

I’m Andre Small, originally from South Africa, now calling Australia home with my wife, Shantél, and our two boys, Logan and LJ.

Sam loves Jesus and is passionate about His church. He’s a husband to Renae and father to Clemmie and is always up for a chat - particularly regarding the things of faith, his dogs, the never-ending pursuit having of a nice lawn and all things sport.

Bek is the Director of Ministry Mobilisation at CityLight Church, where she helps people get connected, discover their gifts, and step into serving King Jesus, the church, and the community. She loves seeing people grow in faith and find their place in the church community. You'll see Bek most weeks leading the Sunday gatherings and music team.

Isobelle is the Director of Operations at CityLight Church; overseeing the systems, planning, and behind-the-scenes details that help everything run smoothly. She brings sharp organisational skills and calm leadership to a wide range of areas, supporting staff, teams, and ministries to do what they do best. Isobelle is all about creating great structures that free people to focus on people and mission.

I'm Renae

I’m Lachy, and I help coordinate the Youth program here at CityLight. My goal is to make sure young people feel welcomed and like they belong. I’m part of an awesome team of passionate leaders who love hanging out with, teaching, and encouraging our youth through our Sunday and Friday programs.

Originally from South Africa, Shantel leads CityLight Cares with a heart for helping people experience hope, healing, and belonging through Jesus’ love, walking alongside them as they grow in faith and independence. She also manages Worn Again Glenelg and the Food Pantry, blending community, service, and ministry to meet both practical and spiritual needs. Shantel now calls Australia home with her husband Andre and their two fiery redheaded boys, Logan and LJ.
